my home in santa fe

August 26th, 2008 by Cyrus

Cyrus has made a video about his home in Santa Fe, NM. It was a cool project for him because he learned about operating a video camera, and how to piece together photos, video, audio, and music to make a movie. The video shows our family and friends at our home and at some of our favorite spots around Santa Fe. Featured are the Indian Market, Bumblebee’s Restaurant, Chamisa Trail, and our family vegeteble garden. I think you’ll agree that this little film is an impressive first effort. Keep up the good work Cyrus!

    Dear Cyrus,
Thank you for making such a wonderful video! Your garden was very interesting for me because I garden in Maine, where the soil is a completely different color and our growind season is very short.
I learned as much about computers from figuring out how to register for your website as I learn from working with your Mother every day. It will be a great pleasure to follow you and your family around the world!
Happy travels, and watch out what hills you roll down on your little red wagon!
Best regards to you and your brother and sister.

    Keep it up,

Hello dear friends. Thanks for sharing a vision of your home for those of us who are already far away. I wish you safe travels, wonderful adventures, and magnificent surprises on your journey. It is wonderful that you are not only taking this trip for yourselves, but are planning to share experiences, photos, and video for us to learn from ~ so we can pretend like we’re right there with you! I look forward to sitting virtually on your shoulders as you trapse around the globe ~ I’ve already subscribed to the RSS feed so I’ll be alerted instantaneously when you post new content. Have fun and remember: it’s easy to find a good travel companion, but hard to get rid of one!

    Hey Cyrus!

Not bad, not bad… I think the dude with the curly hair should´ve gotten a lot more screen time though :-)

Good luck with the trip!!! Hopefully I´ll be visiting you at some point, but in the meantime keep up the good work!

    Cheers!
